It’s disappointing when, after participating in multiple interviews at Tetra Pak, they extend the invitation to respond in English, follow through with final interviews with directors, but fail to provide any feedback or a clear outcome afterward. The lack of communication, even a simple rejection, is surprising, especially from a large company. It’s a situation that reflects poorly on the candidate experience.
