I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tetragon Financial Group (London, England)
Interview
Overall good, unique interview process. It was longer than I would have liked but every firm is different. Met with members of the L&C team as well as the investment professionals and traders. The process had a good mixture of technical questions, information about how the firm trades, and assessing your personality.
Really nice people and seemed like an overall good firm; with employees staying for a long time. Received an initial informal offer but didn’t work out in the end.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tetragon Financial Group (New York, NY) in June 2019
Interview
Personal interview with a significant project implementation. Prepare to be there for the whole day.
I thought it was a ridiculous process as the engineer has a particular solution in mind and was not even willing to consider alternatives. I would not bother talking to this company ever again nor suggest it to anyone. Don't waste your time interviewing at this place.

Basic personality and experience related questions. One of the 2 engineers they have spent about an hour explaining about Reactive framework in C# and expected me to complete a project using Reactive.
