Online application followed up by a phone call and two separate interview days. The interviews were conducted with shareholders, engineers and HR. It took about 4 hours one day and 3 hours the second day. The decision was reached quite fast.

Interview
Applied online, was contacted by HR 3 weeks later for a 15 min phone interview with HR. A week later I had a 50 min phone interview with the hiring manager, which was followed by an on-site interview. Interviews had a pleasant, friendly tone and didn't try to trip me up with odd questions.
