It is a multistep process of interviews which is really run around system. I think a phone interview process is a waste of time. Plus it was hard getting in contact with the hiring coordinator for updates.

STAR response is helpful when answering questions. Just remember Situation, Task, Action, Result. There are plenty of situational questions as well as what ifs. Wasn't that hard however, there are some question that are repeated in another format that can get tricky.
