Questions given 15 mins before interview to prep for. In-Basket assignment was to be performed before or after interview with 1 hour to complete and return. They made sure that I was comfortable and gave an overview of the team I would potentially be working with as well as a snapshot of a typical day within the role.

Interview
Quickly contacted after the posting closed. Panel interview with three people to include the hiring manager. I was allowed to review the interview questions 15 minutes prior to the interview. The interview panelists took turns asking questions. They were professional, courteous, and clarified/elaborated when needed.
