Question 1
Describe a time when you had a disagreement with someone. What happened and how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview went well and I answered their questions. However, they never even bothered to let me know they have selected someone else until I found out through LinkedIn. The person they hired left after a few weeks so I guess I dodge a bullet. While I am prepared to not get selected for the position, the disrespectfulness of not letting you know after you took time off from work shows how much they don’t appreciate you.

It all took about a month. I received a phone call for the first interview. They said arrive early to review the questions. Two weeks later, I was called back for a skills test, which took about 60 minutes.
