Interview
The HR person called to schedule the interview with the hiring manager. I proceeded to meet with the hiring manager and one of her sales people. It took about 2 interviews before I was offered the job.

You do realize this is a non-profit, are you okay that our salary rates may not be as high as you may be used to?
