Interview
Mostly hire upon referral of current employee. However, if you present yourself well and ask for a job the interview is easy. If you don't know anyone who works there, try to network yourself into a job referral. If not I recommend to go in and ask for a manager, tell them who you are and how you know that you will make a good employee.
its a quick and easy process you can either have experience or not they will train you but just making sure you have social skills and can handle fast pace environment
