In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse
Interview
The interview was fairly straight forward. I had to wait around for about 15 minutes until a manger finally met with me for the interview. They asked basic serving questions, about my previous serving experiences, what makes a good server, and how to keep customers happy. It didn't last very long, and they offered me the job right on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
