Applied online, called the following week to follow up. Once we agreed on a time for the one on one interview, I came in, casual dress wear and answered the questions. Was hired on the spot and given a training schedule.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
