There is a two step interview process at the location I interviewed for. First one is with one of the managers the second is with a high manager. UNFORTUNATELY, when I went in for my second interview, the doors were locked and the staff wouldn’t let me in. Matter of a fact they looked at me and laughed. What a great work environment! >:(

manager said they were desperate for servers and even though I was new to being a waitress he was sure he could make me a good server. It was a very short process, about 5 minutes. I started training 2 days later.

Two phone calls and a zoom meeting talking about the standards of the work place and how your personality would fit with the group. It was easy and they really just want to know how you operate in a team.
