I walked in on-time, and the interviewer came about 5-10 minutes after that. He was very polite and professional, extremely vibrant. All he did was ask how I was doing, my availability, and if I had reliable transportation. As long as you're charismatic and upbeat, you should get the job!
3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Smooth interview. They want to know your personality and the way you can handle customers and the fast paced environment. Good availability is a must have. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot.

Tell us about your previous experience dealing with an upset customer.
It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
