Interview
The interview is conducted by the head of HR and Professional Development. They don't ask very many questions about actual audit or accounting, but they ask about leadership, teamwork, and integrity. You also have an additional portion where you have to complete an analysis in Excel.

How was I a leader and how I worked in a team setting.
Began with a discussion about the role as an auditor for the state, followed by an hour and a half case study where you have to give an opinion after analyzing the data and the given rules, this is then followed by an interview with senior members of HR.

Interview
Interview consisted of a case study and multiple interviews. Case study was able to be completed in excel and was written up in word. It simulated a potential audit task.
