I was interviewed twice. First by phone, then by a panel. As soon as the cameras came on I could tell I was not getting the job, The man on the panel was very polite and interacted with me throughout the interview. One of the women was very hostile and rude. I could tell I wasn't the candidate for this woman even before I opened my mouth, my ethnicity was not what she wanted to hire . What I find incredible is that they didn't even have the decency to send me a message saying that they have decided not to continue my process. Its been 3 months. Just basic courtesy. A suggestion: if you are going to do video interview, either turn of the camera or at least act like you appreciate a candidate taking the time to attend the interview and put on a fake smile.
