Interview
There were total 4 stages.
1. Telecom with HR...He asked about the some questions related to the field.
2. Zoom video call with HR and Corporate HR. They asked about my family background and work experience.
3. F2F interview with Technical Manager where he asked about APQP, RPN, PPAP and related work experience questions.
4. Final round with the MD. He asked general questions and he generally sees the communication of a person.
So I got selected and got the offer on same day.
Pros. They will provide you the max. compensation you deserve.
Cons.
1. They adjust the holidays and only 1 day week off in a week.
2. Local people has a good holding, so lot of politics.
3. Bond of 2 years which is not informed earlier.
4. Remote location, so difficult for living.

Interview
first stage is taking by HR department and final stage is taken by management representative.
and inform me for waiting upto 30 days and then i got offer.so i signed one copy and send it to HR for confirmation.
