The recruiter reached out to me, and we had a pleasant screening — everything went well, and there was clear mutual interest. However, I was later rejected because of my type of residence status in Poland, even though it’s a standard and fully legal B2B setup that allows me to work just like any other contractor. It’s a pity this wasn’t clarified upfront, as it ended up being a waste of time for both sides.
