Went through 6 interviews and the final interview was unprofessional. He was dismissive and borderline rude. Didn't get an offer and the worst part is I found out via Text Message From The Recruiter! After 6 interviews a phone call is standard not a text message from a recruiter.

What would your manager say is something you can improve on?
It was fairly straight forward with typical questions, catering towards clinical experiments, and what areas could there be more of a push in specific scientific research. They want to see where you see yourself in the next 5 years.
