Thacker Caskets interview questions

First off the video interview was fantastic and the gentlemen who I spoke with was very knowledgeable. Moved on to in person interview with some type of manager. My interview was in a hotel lobby where they served food. I figured they would have rented out the conference room since the hotel had one onsite. Since I got there 15 minutes early and drove over 1 1/2 hours I helped myself to a muffin and coffee. I waiting patiently in the food area and come to find out the manager was in the lobby sitting at an empty food booth. They offered a .32 cent mileage reimbursement and I asked why so low since the state minimum is at .70 cents his response was that’s if your a 1099 contractor. The company as a whole seems like a fantastic organization but that manager I feel needs additional training focusing on how to interview someone properly making sure to ask questions about my previous work experiences. I’ll also add pay the $50 to rent a conference room to conduct business not some lobby with customers and food.
