It was a standard interview process. It was three steps. First was virtual with an HR person, second was in-person at school with an administrator and third was virtual with another administrator.

Question 1
During third and final interview I was reminded that the school follows Judeo-Christian philosophies/values. I was asked if I had an issue with that.
I stated that I did not. Then I was told they don't touch on Critical Race Theory, Climate Change or Evolution. I was asked if that would be an issue for me.
The first stage was a phone interview with HR. The next step was a zoom interview with subject matter teacher. Then you are invited to campus for an in person interview with the administrators.
The interview process was pretty easy. Consists of a phone interview with HR, then another follow up interview that was online. The second interview is usually with the administration. Questions range from what is your background in education? to why did you apply for this position? Half the interview is the administration going through the job with you and the other half is the administration asking you questions.
