I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thames & Hudson (London, England) in July 2024
Interview
Welcoming and professional. Good set of questions including general and specific to the role. They wanted to explore specifics and detail which demonstrates they are looking for quality talent. I don’t think the salary they offered for the role reflects the level of expertise they were looking for in the interview and candidates.

What made you be interested in international book rights?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thames & Hudson (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Two interviews, one with the future manager and former manager of the role, which was a friendly conversation format with questions about the company and experience. Here there was also an In-Design test which took an hour (this was not advised before the interview which was complicated as I had to take time off especially). Second interview with head of editorial and another senior role, again conversation format but a bit more formal, questions about aspirations and interests.
