Pretty standard CSM interview with questions about how I handle certain situations and my book of business. However, the ghosting continues. The interviewer said they were in a rush due to a backfill, and I should hear back by a certain date. Silence. Super disappointing to be treated this way as a candidate.

Pretty typical SaaS interview process. Tell me about yourself, scenario based questions, and presentation round with a “fake” customer scenario given (4 rounds total). Everyone I talked to was nice and welcoming.
