The AD Leaf interview questions

Got a call for interview opening same day. I walked into the office. Waited for my interview time. Had my interview which took less than 30 minutes with the hiring manager.

Went to the office to interview in person, they had me fill out a paper application. Pretty old-school for a digital marketing agency, but the interview itself went smoothly, and I was asked to complete a rather involved assessment. I submitted everything a month ago, but I haven't heard anything back since. Don’t ghost people after they have invested so much time and effort. It’s not like I don’t have any better to do. Overall, the lack of communication after the interview left a negative impression.
