They were focused on my technical background and what I could bring to the table. They wanted to know what my history with HVAC product was, though they mentioned it was not a requirement for the position. Friendly at all levels of involvement. Wish the process had moved quicker.

I went through 3 rounds, including the phone screening, interview with mangers, and then a c-suite call. Most questions were behavioral related and past experience, some basic questions on HVAC knowledge and terminology.

Went through 4 stages of interviews - HR phone screen, interview with 2 Program Managers, then another with COO and Program Director. Finally, brought into office to meet with all the teams and see the work done there. Really thought I had great conversations with all the teams and was going to be selected but ended up being declined.

It was an overall positive experience. It did take a little while to get underway but once you join, you get to see how busy it is, and begin to see why the process dragged a bit.
