Interview
Two-stage interview process. First with HR coordinator, then with the contact centre manager. Behavioral and situation based questions. Then went to meet with contact centre manager where they ask you more applicable questions to the role and explain the culture at ALEA.

They asked me to how I would sell a particular product or service (ie: approach, etc...)

Interview
First, you will meet face to face with the Marketing Coordinator. They ask you the generic questions (weaknesses, strengths). If they decided you're fitting, they will also get a senior rep to meet you and look over your qualifications.
Next, they will do an over the phone mock interview, as if you were on a call.
