HR interviewed me over the phone but it was clear they had already decided I was not a candidate before the interview took place. She obviously hadn't read my resume as she misstated my experience and my impression was that i was speaking to someone who did not want to be speaking with me. Over all it was an awkward experience.

Phone Interview very relaxed and personal. Truly looks at resume and asks questions about experience. If there isn't actual relevant experience, then will ask questions about previous job roles with similar duties.

Interview
The interview process was great and didn't waste any time. There was no phone screen, but we did have to submit a case study based on the company's previous projects. Was notified within a week that I did not make the cut. It was actually nice to know instead of sitting there waiting for the phone to ring with an offer.
