Was very very casual, interview process was very straightforward. Simple situational questions, food experience recommended. Availabilty and language preferences were asked, and any food handling was also bonus. COntact was quick.

they just asked some usual questions. most of workers are students, so the interview place is generally in the campus or at the store. they do not really care if you have any experiences. the attitude to customers are more important

The overall interview atmosphere is comfortable. The manager is friendly and we talked about what do we normally do in our free days, so it is like chatting with a friend. The interview is pretty casual.
