Fairly standard process. Brief screening call, then in-person. After the in-person they simply stopped responding to emails and didn't let me know one way or the other. Pretty unprofessional. Also kind of seems like their creative team is a mess and not well organized.

I felt that everyone I spoke with was intelligent, authentic, and seemed to love what they do! One employee told me about a 'culture of generosity' at The Atlantic and encouraged me to ask questions.
