It was a long process. The recruiter ghosted me at the end. I think if the candidate doesn't meant qualification, then they should tell them that. What's the point of making someone wait so long to hear back.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Bancorp Bank, N.A. (Sioux Falls, SD) in Apr 2024
Interview
Simple basic questions. Nothing technical, mostly open opportunity to talk about your skills and background. If interviewing for a more texhnical role this might be different, but overall the process felt very relaxed.
It was pretty straight forward. It had a couple of chill calls to begin and then a call with a few easy technical questions. They then said the next steps would be to do a case study and present it in the office.
