I found the job posting on Handshake, and applied externally on the company website. I then promptly received a call to schedule a phone screening with the workforce development manager, and was moved along to an in-person interview with the hiring manager after 9 day. Following the in-person interview, I received a notice two days later on the evening of the Forth of July that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I found this to be extremely unprofessional, as it hints to how they treat their employees.
