I applied online. I interviewed at The Berry Company (Honolulu, HI) in Apr 2014
Interview
Lengthy and boring. First over the phone for a screen then another phone call to set up either another phone call or an in person. It's almost like they don't want you to come to the office. Then they make you wait as you talk to 2 or three different people.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Dated. All scenario based and not realistic with today's world. Every person that interviews you asks you the same questions just formatted differently. It's like they don't even talk to each other or they are practicing their interviewing skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Berry Company (Dayton, OH) in July 2013
Interview
Straight forward - 3 levels of interviews with telephone recuiter, a couple managers, and a final (where the offer was made) with the district manager. Each level required specific stories as evidence of results, and also required a role play element
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All their questions are situationally based -- "tell me about a time you"

Interview
It was very thorough. Started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview. I did a mock sales pitch during the interview, that was fun. The folks who interviewed me were not interrogative or off-putting, it was very easy to come in and have a conversation with them.
