i was approached by an agency, i was called for 4 interviews and mailed for updates after each stage i was passing. after the 4th and final interview i received no reply or info about the outcome as i came to find out through the agency that internally one director acted unprofessionally and illegally against my process selection

much of it revolved around myself presenting the job structure to the interviewers as they all changed through the process and no one had an idea of the job available and interview process

thoughtful and everyone was very nice, there are many rounds of interviews and need to put aside time. recommend visiting the village and understanding the full service offering in preparation for the interview process.
