After getting through the phone interview with the hr representative and that going well, I was asked to come in person for the next stage. The interviewers were really horrible and had me come in and wait for over 20 minutes. The interview lasted for only 5 minutes after asking about my experience and they were really dismissive and on their laptops the whole time. They didn’t even say goodbye, they just got up and walked out. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! They never sent a follow up email, not even a thank you for taking the time to come in.
I found the interview process to be easy and thorough. After submitting my application, I was contacted by the Recruitment Manager, who explained everything in detail: the nature of the job, the shift pattern, the team size, and potential challenges. She also provided information about the compensation package. I was happy to proceed, and then met with the Front of House Manager and the Director. I was pleased to hear that both meetings were positive. I then spent a few hours at the reception to get a feel for what the job would be like. The day after, I received a phone call from the Recruitment Manager, during which she extended a verbal offer, followed by an official letter. Very pleased with the outcome
