I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Manchester, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
it doesnt feel like a formal interview. The interviewer was at home and there were no formal settings. They just wanna know what excites you to work for Borgen. I would suggest just read out something on the website that sounds good and tell them how interesting and hard working that company is. she just asked me 3 qquestions I doubt the acceptance rate is 5%

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Borgen Project (London, England) in June 2025
Interview
The interview was very brief, and the questions were fairly straightforward. It was a more laid-back and casual interview rather than something more formal, which is not a bad thing.

Tell me about yourself.
I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
After applying online they sent me a survey to complete. The survey had questions about global development, and personal questions about why you are interested in with a non profit like theirs. They quickly got back to me and scheduled a very short interview, it probably lasted about 10-12 minutes. They asked me about my strengths and interest in the mission of the group.
