Interview with college recruit, Skype interview with manager of department, and a phone call confirmation. Basic questions... be sure to ask questions about your position so you know exactly what you're getting in to. Ask about room for growth.
The interview process consisted of two sessions in total. One with HR department and one with Banquet department. Both sessions were professional, straightforward, and easygoing. However, they informed me that I had to cover my tattoos and take out my piercings which were expected. But overall a pretty smooth and organized interview progress. It was personal, yet professional. It went smoothly and the job description was described well. I communicated my interest and experience and they told me that it matched the type of employee they were looking for and that training would start soon.
