The Briar Group interview questions

The interview process was simple and straightforward. Familiar with the company for many years, I applied for one position but was recommended for another more aligned with my background. Two rounds of interviews was the overall process before on site training.

I accommodated interview on their schedule, and interview was overbooked with someone else. What was supposed to be a relaxed conversational interview with several people suddenly became a one on one. Twenty minutes later, four people entered and shifted the interview elsewhere, and continued asking the questions I had just answered one on one. Did not seem concerned with qualifications or skills, questions were mostly about jobs from several years ago.
