The Bridge interview questions

Two interviewers were present. The interview was conducted on Zoom. Both asked questions, one after the other. The interview was 30-40 minutes long. They were very kind and thorough. At the end they took the time to answer all of my questions.

Walked in and sat with interviewer (Supervisor of agency), spoke about previous work experience and qualifications. Interview barely consisted of questions, mainly previous background work and how it relates to the role of a care coordinator. Interviewer spent most of the time explaining the expectations of the job, and explaining that management will offer proper training and care of Care Coordinators, although they're seeking someone who is "very independent".
