If she likes you, you'll be invited to a trial workday "day in the life" which is completely unpaid, unless she currently has an EA who is willing to go through the red tape to get your lunch reimbursed. Your day in the life may be extended to several days in the life until you have a contract, on which the offered salary is far lower than you asked for. You will do a lot of free labor in this trial period, and will be expected to stay late into the evening, even if it's a Friday (this did not happen to me, but it did happen to Account Executives we were consider). Additionally, you are likely to be competing alongside other candidates for the position you're applying for, which makes it particularly uncomfortable, especially because you probably have quite a bit in common with those candidates and so enjoy their camaraderie. The boss lady will pit you against all your colleagues at some point, even though your job is to maintain a healthy work environment and increase morale.
