Interview process was fairly straightforward. It's all about the fit. 2nd round interviewers didn't seem as engaged with me but it could have just been me or a bad day they were having. The group is still trying to figure out some things internally.

Tell me about a time when you handled a complex ER issue.
1st round was behavioral screening after some calls with associates. Pretty simple questions about background, experience, etc, written assessment follows shortly after. Written assessment was not too difficult, just writing some memos about press coverage and a brief grammar test.

Interview
Went through 5 interviews before receiving a rejection email. There was one group-like interview, then several employees would interview you one at a time. Everyone seemed to be fairly young, but very smart. Each interview was in their conference room, which was fairly nice. Very strange to go through such an extensive interview process to not get a job offer.
