The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Buckle in May 2009
Interview
I went online and filled out an application and within a week or so, the assistant manager called me to set up an interview with the general manager. The general manager was nice and asked me questions about my past jobs, about my degree and what I was looking to do in the future. No crazy personality questions or anything like that.

Question 1
why would you be best for the manager position/program??
I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (Monroe, LA) in July 2018
Interview
My interview was very quick — I met a manager in the store and interviewed there. My educational background more than qualified me for the position and I was hired right away.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Columbus, OH)
Interview
It was very direct, asked basic interview questions, however they were very casual and informal. They seemed to focus more on being able to make sales and work on commission rather than be able to focus on the customer and be able to understand and work with them.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Houston, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
Asked a lot of personal goal questions. Very thorough. They want to see if you are very charismatic and hungry to grow. Make sure to smile and be social. They won't hire you if you are a stick in the mud.
