Interview
Almost everyone gets an interview. The criteria to getting an interview is the online assessment test which is an easy personality exam. You have to apply online. You are almost immediately sent an email telling you to call in to schedule an interview. The interview is one-on-one with a manager or assistant manager on the sales floor. Dress "Buckle". Accessorize, wear nice denim if you have it, and think layers. Personality will get you the job. You have to be able to talk with everyone. Usually, but not always, good candidates are given second interviews before they are hired.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
