Simple. Your first interview is very simple they walk through your application with them and tell them a little bit about yourself. If they feel like your a fit your second interview is just to tell you about the benefits of working there, including pay and commission and store discounts.

What major are you in school for? How does that relate to buckle?
It was a very disorganized and awkward interview, The manager was late and seemed indifferent to filling the position and was unable to answer basic questions, like hours available and benefits.

Long and very thorough. Very nice people and a great team to be around just wasn’t a right fit for me this time around. Manager is very sweet and helpful
Good it was a nice, thorough process. Many questions asking about customer service and fashion interest. Manager was attentive and had a lot of feedback after my interview. I declined the job only because of pay.
