I applied online. I interviewed at The Building People (Washington, DC)
Interview
What I liked about the interview process at this company is that is was more of a conversation opposed to the generic interview questions individuals are more commonly faced with. Having it be more of a conversation allows for the interviewers to get to know the interviewee more on a personal level instead of it seeming rehearsed.

Positive feedback throughout the process. Looking forward to extending an offer, how soon can you start, etc.
