The Bulfinch Group interview questions

There was a lengthy interview process, not super hard, but it was extremely time consuming given the assignments and 3 separate interviews. Everyone seemed friendly, except for Dylan Grocer, who essentially runs the program. He's got a huge ego, and he just talks about himself the entire time. He thinks that his philosophy about financial advising is the only right one. It is definitely not worth it, and would not recommend pursuing this internship.

Methodical. They make sure to hire the right fit. If you are looking for a culture that fosters growth and development in the advisory industry, this is a good one.
