Interview
I had applied online for this position. I found the job by typing in Washington D.C. The company ended up because quite far away from Washington D.C. The recruiter I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. I came in for an interview and was a little surprised. The office was very nice but the receptionist area was empty. I waited for 15 minutes before someone showed up. When I went back to the office, I discovered that there was only 2 other people working in the huge office. It was a little offputting. I wondered where all the other employees went. It didn't seem like the kind of environment I would want to work in. I spoke to another recruiter who had just started working there 6 months ago. It seems he was moving up and they were likely looking to hire someone to replace his position. It was an office of all men also. As a young woman, that was a little intimidating.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Buller Group (Reston, VA)
Interview
Basically, I wouldn't have been hired if I didn't follow up with them.
The phone screener misstated company capabilities, did not have any real answers , and sounded like he did not like his job at all.
The interview itself was fine, but there was a scheduling mix up and it was honestly very lax and in hindsight extremely easy.
I followed up with them three times to check the status of the position, and finally they decided to hire someone. Once they decided to make an offer, they expected me to come on board ASAP.

Question 1
The interview process was easy, it didn't seem like too much preparation was taken. No really hard questions. They just wanted to see that I presented myself well, dressed well, spoke professionally, and had a little bit of experience.
