very nice people, mostly/only behavioural. the process involved 2 rounds with different groups of people in each round. one was with HR and the other with a BD manager. overall, generally easy process

Question 1
They asked what my favourite food was. Im sure this is pretty standard and that they are looking for something meat related considering that that is their entire business. Other than that, they asked about sales related/ client relationship experiences

Pretty basic questions. I brought a small book of cakes I had decorated previously to show my work.
Asked what my ideal job would be. Called me later that day to offer me the job.
