This experience proved to be a significant waste of time. Following three extensive interviews—initially with HR, then a phone call with the Marketing Manager, and finally a two-hour in-person meeting with four individuals—I invested over 10 hours completing a task they assigned, only to find it was neither discussed nor acknowledged during the interview process, with no subsequent feedback provided.
Moreover, the in-person interview demanded an additional six hours of my time (including four hours of commuting), alongside the considerable effort spent on the task itself. Despite this commitment, the feedback regarding my application's progress was disappointingly vague, only citing concerns over 'culture fit'.
I strongly recommend that candidates who invest substantial time and resources into tasks and travel expect more constructive feedback in return. I observed red flags early on in the process, and the lack of transparent communication has further soured my perception of this organisation.
