I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Campbell's Company (Houston, TX)
Interview
This was probably the best, yet most frustrating process I’ve ever experienced. The interview process was amazing and very innovative. They welcome you to take as many Campbell’s Snack products that you please. The interviews consisted entirely of STAR questions (tell me about a time when..) The recruiter I worked with unfortunately didn’t tell me until after the interview that if they hired me, I’d have to relocate. I feel that should’ve been the very first thing we discussed before I set foot in any interviews. Sure enough they made an offer. Not only did they expect me to up and relocate out of nowhere, but the offer was nowhere near worth relocating for. My advice to future MSL applicants: if the job listing says Miami, make sure you have them clarify that the role will actually be Miami based and not Colorado or Virginia or somewhere. I experienced the classic bait & switch and it was extremely disappointing
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Campbell's Company (Dallas, TX) in July 2019
