1.) Phone screen with the recruiter
2.) Video interview with the hiring manager
3.) Followed up with the recruiter multiple times
4.) Ghosted. Super unprofessional.
It really doesn't take much effort to tell a person "no" or "we are still deciding". To straight-up ignore a candidate that has put time into interviewing is unacceptable. I'm not sure why companies and recruiters think this behavior is okay in 2021.
