online 2.5hr prescreening test - in person interview, easy not hard.
resume building, personality test, grammar and spelling test.
due to covid the prescreening test was online, the other components were easy though
Clear communication, a test, screening by HR, then interview by hiring manager. The questions were not difficult, and friendly attitude and approach. Typical questions of interviews but need to be prepared.
