It was very professional, and straight to the point, no funny business. They were able to answer any questions that I had. Up front they told me what they expected from me, and where they needed me to be in 6 months. They explained everything right there in front of me and that really sealed the deal with me.

Interview
There are three rounds. First round is mostly to see if you can speak clearly, hold yourself appropriately, and what you are looking for. Second round is going to the store with a leader to really see what the job is about. You learn that you will be pitching and presenting Direct TV to people shopping, and your goal is to get people to sign up with you. Really this round is to see if you are comfortable talking to people and don't mind rejection. Third round is where you learn the base pay and commission schedule, and you learn what is expected of you to meet this criteria. You will be held accountable for your actions, and you will be expected to work hard.
